I have some type of Pike, Ive been told hes a Crenicichla Lugubris from my lfs. Hes a pretty grumpy fish (like majority of Pike) and is currently alone in a 60g. He does not get along with fish who can fit in his mouth, he will most likely eat them (he eats feeders occasionally, mostly eats flake,bloodworms and Hikari Algae discs). Hes just shy of 9 inches. LFS told me to list him for $50 OBO or FT depending what it is.
I also have a type of Catfish who is around 23 inches. No one knows what he is, Ive been told a channel cat but who knows. Hes currently in a 125g alone. He gets along with anything however he will probably eat fish that can fit in his mouth. He was in with some larger tin foil barbs, a big pleco and a few bigger fish. He loves koi pellets, flake and blackworms. He is FREE but only to someone who has a big enough home for him. A 125 is too small for him as Im sure he will keep growing. I will only let him go to someone who will take care of him and not someone who feed him to their pigs, put him in a 90g or eat him. (yes I have gotten offers for all of those). Or if you know someone or know where I can take him feel free to let me know.
I am located near Ventura Ca. The Pike is in Camarillo, CA and the Catfish is in Thousand Oaks, CA. Id be willing to drive short distance, and willing to possibly do a trade for the Pike.
