I am planning on getting a tank of 90 gallons minimum, 150 or 180 max, and I want to put wild-caught Natives in it. I would like a predator fish that is fun to watch eat. I was originally gonna do a largemouth, but they Ive heard that they can get too big for this size tank. Any ideas are great.

Thanks

If its legal in your area you could put Sunfish (Redbreasts or Pumpkinseeds would look cool) Stonecats or Bullheads, crescent or Golden shiners, maybe Rockbass or Warmouth, or you could go with FAllfish and sculpins i would look in your local library and see what you have in the Philly area thats legal to get.

rockbas would be pretty awesome, possible a smallmouth if you get the larger tank. Bullhead are not picky and will eat whatever it can fit inits mouth, live, dead, cut, frozen, pellet...if it is a fish food they will eat it. Super hardy, i would recommend one or a few depending on species. these would be fine with rock bass or sunfish species of a smallmouth. Lots of options
