For anyone in the NH/MA area, Jay's Aquatics in Salem, NH has a beautiful 90 gallon reef setup for $600.
Details:
90 Gallons (duh) with built-in overflows
Oak Stand and canopy (real wood, not particle board)
2 150 Metal Halide lamps
2 Wet dry/Sump systems
Mag pump
...and a bunch of small stuff.
