90 gallon setup help

okay i have a 90 gallon glass fish tank
right now its in tropical freshwater state
now i want to convert it to saltwater
1. what do i need
2. what do i need to do
3. i just want live rock because im going
to have eels and a clown trigger if i do it
5. i have already a single globe t5 light
a 300w heater and a fluval 3
and a master test kit

extra? all i think you need is a hydrometer or refractometer (< MUCH better than hydrometer) and a good skimmer... maybe a big HOB or canister filter or some kinda sump


the master test kit is probably just for FW, master just refers to the fact it has nitrate trite ammon etc...
