I have the glass from a 90g that split a seam and a 125g that had a shattered bottom. I split the 125 into pieces to cut down one side panel to the appropriate dimensions for a flat bottom. One piece I was very careful to fully clean and when it cracked the did not follow the score mark. The other that I hadn't bothered to clean did sort of. I did allow for grinding/polishing the edges. Unfortunately, the long edge (48in) did not cut straight still wide enough to use but just at the deepest divot.
Would you still use the glass? I have enough glass to make a euro brace.
