going to go out tomorrow and build this if u guys think it will hold my 95 gal with 90 pounds of sand. what do you guys think? im going to use the inside of it as a grow room for various plants (legal of course!) so hopefully it will act as a heater as well

Thats a very festive design you have there.

BUT, it's major overkill for a 90 gallon stand.

1" pine has been used for stands that size and down. You could also use 2x2's with Plywood facing and be alright. Wood is deceivingly strong.

My aunt has a 150 gallon that sits on a 1" pine stand my father and I built for her nearly 15 years ago. Still solid.

Change the 4x4's to 2x4's and omit the cross bracing and corner bracing if you're gonna cover it, and it will be more than adequate for a 90g. The way you have it drawn would be way overkill and it would weigh approximately 45838530 pounds according to my calculations.

Use 2x4 instead of 4x4's.....also, the key is to use the compression strength of the wood (instead of all the weight on screws) and keep it super squared and level. go to the diy sticky on stands.
