okay so I love snakes more than any other animal (except my dog she's family) and my mom is scared of them so I need reasons why I should have one. I think I deserve one as I am a honor student from a family where my siblings are drop outs and I never get in any trouble (that often)

so can you guys help come up with 99 reasons to keep a snake and not fear them I'll start

1) they aren't slimy
2) they are calm
3) have no smell

3) When they get big enough you have a way to get rid of those pesky stray cats in the neighborhood.

So that might not have helped your cause, but I like it as a reason!

5. they dont need /\/\onster tanks(generally)
6. they eat mice wider around than they are what else do you need to say :headbang2

thats a lie

many python and boa need monster tank :P
hence the generally!!!!!!
lol a 29 gallon with a cornsnake isnt monster though
and i dont think a kid in school with an objecting mom is getting a burmese python!

lemme guess
kingsnake
cornsnake
ball python
sand boa
its one of those!!!!!!!!

7. any animal that has survived with no arms or legs has to be cool, try living for 5 minutes without your arms and legs ma....................................

use this one and you won't need the other 92 reasons

I use mine to keep away unwanted old cranky relatives... I tell whoever that I have a snake in the house and they wont come anywhere near my place.... :naughty:

theyre way cheaper to keep than a dog or cat, with out the same kind of vet bills (no spaying or vaccinating) you can leave it for a week on vacation with out feeding it as long as its light is on a timer, so that means no hassel of geting someone to take care of it if you go away for a few days

11) they come in a very large variety of colors from black to white and everything in between
