i got a 35 gallon tank and i was wandering what types of fish i can put ther.....my friend want to give me a 12 cm arowana would 35 gallons be enough?

Definitely not. For a full grown silver aro, you'll need 180+ gallons.

what about freshwater moray, clown knife and gar(Lepisosteus platostomus)
are they too big for 1 meter panoramic tank? its 130 liter i think thats 35 gal

Try to stick to fish that dont get big enough to eat a small child.

A 35g will suport fish that as adults get no more than 8", 6" is better. The aro would out grow that tank in less than 2 months.
