Hi guys

I bought 4 Senegal Bichirs (Albino) sometime back and they were not more then 4.5" then.
Well, they are all now close to 6" except for one of them, who still remains small and very thin, though he looks quite active. What could be wrong it ?

Please help.

he's not eating as much as the others. feed more then you normally do, take out leftovers a lil later then you normally do.

they have really bad genetics. they are inbred for their albino color and jut dont get as large.

ok if its from the same batch, you may have a runt, but growth rate varies from one fish to another, some may grow amazingly fast some may take their time. give it a few more months and see if things still doesn't improve

What size tank do you have them in? In my experience with bichirs I have noticed good growth rates when put in very large tanks.
