My manager needs to rehome her Lamprologus compressiceps and is asking me if I can add it to my cichlid tank. She's moving on to marine keeping. My only worry is that my tank is extremely peaceful and I can't find any consistent information on the attitude of this species. I know it can vary from fish to fish, but in general I know most fish have a range. Anyone have expirence with a calvus? Also, do you think they would eat my odessa barbs (full grown)?

My comps are pretty shy. They tend to mind their own business except among themselves. Will they eat your other fish? Depends on the size of the barbs and the size of the comp. Comps have pretty big mouths and like with anything else, big fish eat little fish.

Yeah, I forgot to ask her the size of her comp. I was just assuming a full grown one, but then again, they grow rather slow (or so I read). Thanks for the rest of the info though.
