Here are my two 210 gallon aquascapes for CA communities. Both have DIY backgrounds made from pink styrofoam coated with tinted Drylok. The substrate is general purpose sand, cleaned and separated to exclude the silt. Rocks were collected locally.
The first tank is stocked with 4 A. lyonsi, 4 P. synspilum, 4 T. pasionis, 3 ex-C bocourti, 3 V. heterospilum, 1 V. hartwegi, 1 A. robertsoni, and a female P. loisellei. As they mature I'll trim down the herd. I'm looking pick the nicest and best behaved individuals.
The second tank was set up only recently and has yet to be stocked. It too will be a CA community tank, but I still haven't made any final decisions. I do have a blackbelt in a holding tank, so I will likely build around that.
