I really dig hognoses but dont know much about them. Are they actually rear fang venomous? Never heard of anyone getting a serious bite from them and I read they dont bite like 90% of the times they strike.

yes, they are rear fanged, but they are generally considered nonvenomous since the venom is so weak. basically, just about nothing will happen if you are bitten, unless you're allergic.

nice snakes, especially the female!

yea....i officially hate you...
whats the price tag?
i am looking for one but dont see many for sale

Man im loving that albino , im thinking about getting a pair of hets next month , the anaconda is too rich for me .

I saw some of those on kingsnake but the price seems so ridiculous to me. the second one looks really cool and i could understand a higher price on that one but for the "anacondas" that look pretty similar to normal westerns it is nearly $3000!

Cool snakes but dang!

The price is not rediculous to me... LOL... It is what the anaconda does genetically when bred out that demands the higher price, not the actual look of the individual animal...

Being that this male is het albino, next season I will be producing albino anacondas... The patters vary a bit from almost patternless to tigerish spots to what you see in my post... When two anacondas are bred together, they create a super conda that is fully patternless... Put that in albino form and you have a really cool looking hognose...

Here is another one of my anacondas... Much different than normal hogs...
