I think it woul d be ok for awhile depending on how many fish you have in there, and how much/often you feed em. But you'd eventually want to step it up quite a bit as they grow. Can't beat a wet/dry in my opinion. And i'd put em straight in the big tank, the more room the better!
...lol it will look empty for awhile but they'll star to make that 220 look smaller and smaller in no time!
As far as how many you could keep in a 220...you could probably keep 30 to 50 2" ers in there lol...but i don't think a 220 would hold 1 full grown Orino IMO.

Depends on what you feed them and how often. Imo orinos grow the slowest out of all the pbass. You should start them out in the 55, then move to the 90, then to the 220. might be difficult to feed them in the 220 when they are 2"
