I got these guys today from a couple who are moving out of the state. I'm pretty confident that the bigger one is an L-200, but not too sure what the other is. I'm guessing that it's a L128. Does everyone agree?

I bought both for 35, which I thought was a great deal. Please help me identify. Thanks!

First one is definitely an L200. Based on the photos, it looks like a b. demantoides, but it is hard to tell from that angle. The second is very difficult to tell right there. Can you get better pictures of him?

yup from those pictures looks like a nice L200 and L128. and yes, could be a highfin, but need some side shots for that one. congrats!

Thanks guys! I wasn't aware that there were two different L200's. I looked at planetcatfish and saw the two differences.
By the looks of my L200's dorsal, it seems to be B. demantoides. In the second picture from the top, you can barely see the curve in the dorsal.

sure fire way to tell is the dorsal and adipose fins should be connected. i think the high fin is a bit more interesting

The only way to tell the difference is the tissue connecting dorsal and adipose fins. Low fin varieties can have the curve, and even the point, but right now, the only defining difference is the connective tissue.
