I honestly don't really like the taste of it but i have many friends that love it so i bring them some fish once in a while.

believe it or not those shoes have a killer grip:}

Yeah i have had the smaller sized bluefish and always bleed them and they turn alright but i heard the big ones get pretty gamey

Yall got some bug blues up there. Down on the Gulf Coast its rare to get them over 20". Not many people eat them down here either.

Used to catch smaller ones off the coast of Florida. As said before, it helps the taste a lot to cut their throat and bleed them over the side of the boat as soon as you catch them. If still to strong for your taste, they make great cream of mushroom fish soup. I could probably find my old recipe if needed.

I treat just like how i treat tuna. But behind the gill plate and into a ice slush.
