So well I just saw TheOscarGuy's Trimacs. (Which are looking great.)

I ended up picking mine up at about the same exact time from the same seller (Ken)/ (I bought mine at the Atlanta Spring Auction last year.) I assume they are from the same batch.

Anyways the largest is ~8 inchs, and the smallest (runt) is ~4-5 inches. These guys have been scratching themselves up on the rocks some, so I am moving them to a new 240 soon...

The pictures are by no means my best but well it at least gives an idea of what they look like... (Note I am linking some old shots just so you can see what a dark substrate does to there color... and then now I have bare bottom, but see TheOscarGuy for a light substrate (plus he has better shots where he spent more time than I was at the moment... heck I didn't even clean the glass...)

Anyways I tried to include a shot of at least each of them... The one with the most color doesn't like to come out and show off as much.

And a little later when I put them in with lighter sand:

Nice trimacs! I really like the female in 9th pic - she is *very* thick. Also, I think the colors are quite good with your bare-bottom setup.

I could see quite a few thick females - are you planning to have more than one pairs? Good luck!

Yep my female is a beast... As for multi pairs that would be cool.. but well I haven't even figured out if I have 2 males... (I know black spots on dorsal = female).

But at the moment I am keeping them all and if need ever be I will likely give them back to Ken, or some other person with a big enough tank for them.
