Dont judge just off of mine, There are some good looking fresh water natives in US...But each is own.

yup they're not nice, they're meanies

They're looking good.and yes sunnies and bluegills can be downright nasty.

Are you referring to 'looks' or 'behavior'?
Many sunfish, darters and killies are very attractive, and as far as behavior goes, sunfish are not any nastier than most CA cichlids.
