A few pictures from miami metro zoo's amazonian tank

The stingray was in a tank by himself, you were supposed to be able to touch them when they came to the top but they never did, i figure too many kids slapping the water, the last pic is of the tank, it was huge, sorry its so small i took it from their site

If you ever make it up to Jacksonville our zoo has an Arapaima, as well as a nice tank with aros pbass and pacu. No rtcs sadly.

Nice shots! I need to make it to the Newport Aquarium (the one here in Cincy) again soon, I'll take loads of pictures.

Yea you will have to do that, most aquariums around here are saltwater, but the zoos have some freshwater tanks. I went to the aquarium in niagara falls new york over the summer, they had mostly freshwater fish, it was pretty cool, ill have to try to find those pictures for you guys.
