So i'm now planning my second saltwater tank, only this time i'm thinking of going for predatory fish this time.
I was planing on a
Panther Grouper
Snowflake Eel
Russell's Loinfish
Assorted Angler

2 What is the ideal tank size
3What kind of fliter's should i run or should i go with DIY fliters

That grouper will be huge (pushing 2') and I wouldn't keep him in anything less than an 8' x 3' tank. I'm thinking he will eat most anything else in the tank that fits in his mouth!
