so a raspy river ray? is what i came up with.
but the pictuer i found it was uuuuuuugly!

scobina is smallest. never really find them avaiable. technically the red flower caqueta is smaller but it is undescribed and some would argue that its a different colored retic. i know its not a reticand its the smallest. not too hard to find but it is hard to feed. only takes live blackworms/small feeders/and live ghost shrimp. dunno of anyone who has trained onto prepared foods.
