Found the 2 painted turtles 10 minutes apart on 2 separate roads and a friend found the snapper.

Turtles get killed frequently this time of year while crossing roads.
Nice finds by the way! Although if you plan on keeping them long-term, I'd advise separating the snapper.
I found the smaller painted turtle on the side of a busy road. It was near a turtle that was already hit. The other was in the middle of another road. Both most likely would have been crushed. I know my friend found the snapper on the road too. Unfortunately I find more turtles that were run over than live ones.
Sounds good lol. Smaller snappers usually seem to do ok with other turtles IME but at the first sign of aggression I'd get him outta there quick
Common snappers seem to do ok with other turtles if given enough space, it's there own kind they object to
I've had other setups with multiple species together and I've never had a problem with snappers. If it becomes aggressive toward the others then I will seperate them.
I've never tried keeping CSTs with other CSTs, but I was just thinking more because the snapper is most likely gonna outgrow that smaller Painted.
