A few shots of my EBJD

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
If only they kept that form into adulthood. Seen too many EBJDs that looked nice as juvis and then their bodies become warped as they get older. He looks great for right now.

I think EBJDs can be very striking cichlids. Yours is very nice. I have only seen a few adults that maintain both great coloration and form. Be careful with that Cray. If the EBJD is small enough it can be hurt by the cray. I've personally seen young or small cichlids badly injured by larger crayfish.

Thanks guys. The EBJD is actually about 4 inches or so. I have apistos and cerviceps about 2 inches in this same tank and so far the crayfish hasn't bothered any except he ate a German blue a month ago.i think the trick is keeping them well fed. She doesn't even mess with my plants much

Nice ebjd. Hope he stays that way. Mine looked like that then he grew an underbite like a bulldog and a nose like Sarah Jessica Parker.

Man that cray is nice what do you have in there with him?
