Pro Clear aquatics sump/wetdry comes with Mag18, 1800gph return pump. and a 300watt heater. and all hoses, you will need your own overflow box. or a reef ready tank.

$200 pickup only.

as for fish.

13 F1 G Altifron Rio xingu. 3-4" also pick up only. $130 for all. and must take all.

perhaps try craigslist for more faster responses as they're charging an arm and leg for 10gals and yours is the cheapest I have seen for 8 of em.
 
What capacity of tank can the sump service ?
