A few years ago i had two cat fish and i dont know what kind they were

the cat fish i had were similar to a bumblebee cat fish but they were bigger and they didnt get along at all if they were near each other they were fighting.. hope this can ring a bell for someone i want some more but dont know what to look for lol

There are two species commonly known as 'bumblebee catfish'
One stays at 3", the other gets a lot larger. Don't know the scientific names off the top of my head, but I can probably go fetch it and edit the post when I have it.
