Hello, Cant be 100% sure but looks close to Labidochromis textilis (sometimes called an exasperatus) to me. I used to see these alot more in the past and I have seen them sold as "rainbow cichlids". Hope this can at least lead you in the right direction.
 
The correct name for "exasperatus" is M. joanjohnsonae. My first thought when I first looked at the picture but there's something about the fish's color that's not quite right. Maybe it's just the camera settings that's throwing the color out of whack.
Labidochrois textilis is a rarity in the hobby. 99.9% of those sold as "Lab. textilis" are in fact M. joanjohnsonae.
Although, in this case, I can't conclude out that it's not L. textilis. So, some more shots? Or wait till it's a little older and post again?
