A general tank stocking Questions

In search of Leiarius
I have 100 (u.s.) gallon's of water in my fishtank, freshwater, and has one corner sand filter with a gph rate of 600gph.

My questions Are:

1. Is me stocking it with two giant rapheals, two spotted rapheals, an angelfish and blackghost knife appropiate?

and

2. What dimensions would a tank preferably be when it becomes time for me to upgrade my tank size?
 
Iam thinking a tank that is 24 inches wide and 72 inches long aand at least 24-30 inches tall.

Those this sound appropiate?
 
I hope so to Freddie, its just I want tthe fish to have some territory space, and more hides and plants should add the new territories, but Iam still thinking I need a larger tank.
