I was just wondering cause i have a 10g planted that im working on and ione of the plants is an anubis nano and i was wondering since my spotted raph and algea eater love hiding under it would it be possible of time to use that plant as a carpet plant?

there are no definite rules to scaping :) (unless you are following a certain style of scape). Anubias barteri var. nana ‘Petite’ exhibits compact condense growth making it a good foreground. this is because it can help give you a better sense of scale. Anubias barteri var. nana has much larger leaves making it a better midground plant but it can be used as a foreground. to propogate the plant you split the rhizome in half. both plants are slow growing so you won't get an instant carpet right away unless you go out an buy a bunch.

thanks i was just wondering if it would look good enough as a carpet i personally would like to see it but i only have one an its been growin a new leaf every week or so

It would definitely be a nice sight to see the bottom full of Anubias Nana Petite:) I've thought about it myself, but they are slow growers so you would need a bunch of them.
