a good retrofit lighting kit

So my 110g with canopy is all set up minus lighting. I am doing a brackish setup and do plan to try to grow plants but the plants will be no more than 1 foot depth. So what is a good kit I can purchase for the canopy that is for freshwater and produces good color on my fish?
I would really like to keep the kit at $150 or below if possible but may spring for more if its an LED kit.

For that price why retrofit? Just buy yourself some twin bulb t5s

ya that is some good priced lighting, I was tempted to buy them but the heat might be too much for my tank and although people say they have gotten better over the years, odyssea still might give me troubles. I am going with finnex ray 2 LED. Ty for the help.
