Greetings, citizens! I recently graduated from little wimpy fish to fish that you can see from the complete opposite end of the room. Well, you can't see them yet because they haven't grown enough, but when they do, man oh man are they gonna be cool!!!
We had to get rid of our turtles which left me a 100 gallon tank to work with. Oh boy was I excited! So I now have a pair of juvenile Oscars (1 will go back as they start to put on some size) and a pretty large (7"-8") Senegal Bichir. The Bichir is pretty new (about a week) and isn't eating very well. I'm hoping as he settles in he'll get a little more of an appetite.
Anyway, I'm just excited to finally have the right fish to be in the club. I'm sure as I spend more time here I'll end up needing a bigger tank for all the awesome gigantamungous fish that I didn't even know existed.
