my jag iz starting to get some HITH. i am raising the temp and gonna get some salt. should i also get some pimafix? the conditions were right with barely some nitrates.i do water changes 1 time a week. 50%. he iz 10in. in a 55g.wat shuld i do

Just make sure the water is clean and change his diet to a more vitamin efficient diet. Are you feeding it feeders? Feeders cause HITH easily.
You can never full get rid of HITH, just stop it's growth. The best thing to do is keep good water quality. My True parrot cichlid has got it, but it has stopped and healing a little.
I wouldn't use Pimafix alone, but actually a Pima/Melafix combo...as you can safely mix the two. Also, be sure to check this stuff out...it works WONDERS!!
