I love the book it refers to. I have met both Julian Sprung and Charles Delbek. I rate that book right up there with Scott Michael's book about how to kill....er....keep sharks and rays. (See how much I love it?)

Yep, shore lines are part of the ocean's way of running itself. The main thing to remember when looking at the ocean is total water volume compared to amount of bioload. There are millions of fish out there, and when you see them, they are usually together. But remember how much water doesn't have schools of fish, but is still part of the larger system.
