I notice that my armatus has teeth growing at the tip at the upper jaw which which fits betwwen the longest fangs of the lower jaw. My concern is that the small teeth located at the upper jaw is "rubbing" against the tip of the lower jaw and the teeth is creating an inwards groove. It's not very noticeable at the side but if you look at the armatus straight on, you can see the mark the teeth created. Is this normal?
 
Not to worry,that is probably normal as mine has those same mini fangs that you describe.Check out my front close up pictures in the latest armatus thread.

LOL,none taken.I think it looks like a clown knife.
 
Its normal, every close up shot iv seen, they have the 2 small fangs on the upper jaw between the larger fangs on the bottom jaw. Mine gets a little bit of a raw lip from the fangs rubbing on it. Nothing to be worried about.
 
thanks! But I notice that some armatus have noticeable ones and some don't have any at all (that's noticeable).
 
anyone can answer that? Can all you armatus keepers comment if your has a upper teeth that rubs at the bottom jaw?
 
Mine has them aswell, completely natural and same as their other teeth they don't always grow in straight so you may have some rubbing. Mine fit perfectly :D

pics? I'm kinda confused. First you said your has it too and then you say they fit perfectly? ;)
 
I googled the faces of armatus and only a tiny handful had a tooth sticking out at the front that causes minor scrape?
In youtube, there are almost none (that I can see) with a raw scrape.

Will the tiny tooth fall out and grow normally or will keep growing bigger until a giant tooth sticks out?

Sorry but the look bothers me alot :$
