I can't tell from the pics, if salt like it is probably ich, if they glisten like oil its costia, if soft and fuzzy it it is probably columnaris, but possibly a true fungus like Pseudomonas..
Water change(30-50%), and either binox or even a 1-5 minute dip in a hyposaline solution (3-5 tbsp/g) usually clears all but the ich, as will a swab with hydrogen peroxide. If you use the salt bath do not leave the fish alone. Watch it for any signs of gasping or convulsiopns and put it back in the original tank immediatly as some fish go into saline shock and it is not something that you can predict by specied.
