as a 'hater' I'll admit those look pretty good... do you have more info? after a quick look at their site I can't find any additional info. Are they selling these?
I don't hate the idea, I always thought it would be a good market to make ultra realistic fake plants.. I've just never seen any for sale.
They are our specialty plants that we use for most installs, etc. They will probably become available for purchase from our website soon with other "Make-Over" kits.
It's a 'product' that we'll most likely end up beta testing by giving away to forum members and seeing how they like it. So even if you don't win this particular kit, we might choose you to give a set to anyway!
As for buying them, go to Michael's, or an equivalent arts/crafts store. They have a great selection of realistic looking plants. Much better than the ugly crap sold at fish stores.
I love the way they look when healthy, but I have tried several times and always managed to kill them. I rarely have a fish die off on me (I have a 14-year-old Upside-Down Cat) but plants always just sort of wither away after a few months.
I am setting up a new 125 in my classroom right now and will definitely have to hit up Michael's for some plants!
