It has been a week since i bought my argus and pleuro so i thought i wanted to give a little update....
At first i was a bit worried that the pleuro might decide to have the argus for a little snack, since the argus is a bit smaller, but so far there haven't been any problems.
In fact the pleuro is quite shy compared to the argus, it is getting better, but when i got the pleuro it was always hiding, now though it is starting to swim around a lot more, but it still hides if i make any sudden moves near the tank.
The argus too, is a bit timed, but not like the pleuro, even though it still hide it doesn't take long before it is out in the open again..there might be food coming...
and talking about food, the argus is really a pig!
It is around 10cm now and somehow it still manages to eat 5-6 2cm feeders
in one go!!... the stomach looks like it has swallowed a football!
The pleuro on the other hand, is a much more "careful" eater.
So, two snakeheads and two completly different personality's.
The argus is the "bad boy" whereas the pleuro is more of a "gentleman"
