I lost my female cutteri that Voss345 sold me. She was very beautiful and had bred about 8-10 time with my male. It was do to aggression I guess. I went in my fishroom to feed them all and there she was all happy swimming around begging for food and swimming with the 15 or so fry she had left with her. Never had any aggression problems towards her with other fish in the tank. The only ones that are aggro towards each other are my Synspilum and my BB as well as my Zonatus and Female con. That's it! But I go in a half hour later to watch them and there she is just barely a skeleton with a little flesh left. I am saddened greatly by this and she was quickly becoming one of my favorite fish. I Imagine the Synspilum would of done it to her as he is a complete @$$..:cry::cry::(

damn dude that sucks she was an awesome fish
dont worry dude ive lost a few lately too

Yeah, that's sad, and I would be upset if I lost my breeding female cutteri. I was sad last year when her mate was killed by a neet. Her newest mate is much more shy, not as much fun. I think just seeing him freak out and hide when I enter the room makes her freak out a lot more than she used to. On another note, when I got home from work tonight and checked on the aquariums down there, I noticed one of my 3 Hemichromis frempongis was dead, my heart sank. Those are tough to replace, I was lucky to get these 3 (well, 2 now).

Hopefully you can find another good female cutteri.
