A man walks into a lfs with driftwood. ....

and walks out with a paraneetroplus melenarus. Friday I went to a new lfs to check them out and pick up substrate for a planted tank and saw a gorgeous melenarus but walked out with only the substrate. I've wanted one of these guys for years but they're not the best fit, it may work but definitely not advised. Yesterday I noticed my tfh calendar was still on April so I change it to May only to see a pair of aqua mojos melenarus. Today I decided to roll the dice and deal with stock issues if and when they advised. Its about 5"tl and got it in exchange for some driftwood I had laying around with no ambitions of ever using again. Heres a pic from about an hour after bringing it home, had a bit more color at the lfs.

Still vey young but laid back so far. Mates are rotkeil sev, green sev, 4 heckellii, geo iporangensis, bellycrawler and 3 silver dollars.

Hmmmm those tankmates arent that bad. It all depends of you were dealt a mean melanarus or a peaceful one. Looks nice though. I hope it behaves
