A mantis nymph - need an ID

I caught this tiny 0.5cm long guy yesterday. He's already eaten an ant his size, but I have no idea what species he is.

Hmmmm....very interesting looking mantid. It will help if you let us know where you're from so we can narrow down what species live there.

In the mean time, if you can get a fruit fly culture going you can feed the little guy that until it's big enough to take small crickets.
 
I once caught a Mantis in our house. I fed it spiders and livebearers(yeap, fish).
i was like 8 years old back then. lol
 
I'm in Singapore. I don't think I'll be able to get a fruit fly culture, but this being a tropical country, small insects aren't all that uncommon - I figure I'll just offer it any insect I can find that's small enough. Thanks for the input everyone.
