Yea he had to remove it. When you give an article to TFH magazine, they state in their contract that the material becomes theirs, they own all rights, so therefore, posting it anywhere else without their consent becomes a violation of such. Which is funny because right now they are working on a large feature of Ocean's Advocate and know full well that the information they have for their articles and the images are going to be used on our other sites as well. Perhaps it's a general rule that they sometimes variate from depending on the material, but overall when someone submits something to them (and most other media of this sort), they become bound by a contract which pretty much strips the person of ownership. Which is doubly frustrating when that person used your information to begin with NIKO, LMAOOOOOO.
