A Monster Snail's Breakfast

This is Gary (Kids named him). He's close to about 3".

Anyways, figured I'd share a pic I took of him chowing down one morning on some imitation crab meat.

My snails are useless.. there is sooo much algae in my little tank.. and they do nothing. I gotta get a pleco!

Mine's a pig. I've seen him shove 2 peas in his mouth at once and he'll climb up to the top of the tank to suck all the floating flakes before the fish can get them.

Here's a shot of him eating a plant. This thing broke loose and floated to the top. Gary climbed up and started eating it. I guess he lost his suction and fell to the bottom on his shell. When he landed he still had 3 limbs in his mouth and he continued eating like nothing ever happened.

Once mine got stuck on the floating thermometer... and then got stuck in the current of the filter.. It was sooo funny just going around and around and around... damn I wish I would have gotten a pic at that time.... lol it was so funny.

i have a huge one that cleans constantly but is covered in long algae itself it looks like its hairy.its about 4" or more i guess but i dont have a digital camera im sorry.mine just eats whatever it finds lying around and sometimes an algae disc.

My snails eat just about anything like little beasts.And yea rayman45 you gotta feed them.I give mine kents calcium too
