So I had gone to bed at around 11pm when I was awoken at 4 am to what sounded like someone shuffling with wires, as if some kept dropping their cellphone or was trying to untangle a mess of wires.

So I was rather angry because I had an exam that day and I began to cuss at my brother or whoever was in his room making that noise.

After a good 10 minutes of that noise randomly starting up (probably longer) and ending I decided I would go over and tell whoever was playing around with the wires to stop because I was really annoyed.

I had decided this was better than yelling at them to shut up.

So I got up and went inside and no one was there...I stared at the fish tank not noticing anything wrong, when I heard the noise again and something caught my attention.

My 3 year old Appolo shark had caught my eye. He was in the back of the stand the aquarium was on, flopping around in the dust and wires.

I quickly picked up him, put him in the water, took off the dust, and he stayed at the surface at an angle with his head right at the surface of the water.

I came home today and he was on his back, scales almost completely removed with flaky skin hanging off. His gills seemed imploded his eyes seemed blood shot, and his mouth just opening and closing as his gills were BARELY opening as he was struggling for air.

I'm still surprised after flopping around like that for awhile how he could still be alive.

It sucks that after all that, he will end up dying a crappy death anyway.

****ty situation.
