ok, first, i understand that this website is probably the wrong one for this type of quest, but i also know alot of people here have info on electric blue jack dempseys, and based on what i have read, they are alot more peaceful then others?

here is a stocking list for a 120g, 60x18x24 tank tell me what u guys think..

6 clown loaches
6 tiger barbs
8 harlequin rasbora or marbled hatchets (or some other mid-top dweller im out of ideas for this area)
1 zebra pleco
1 gold nugget pleco
3 Angelfish
2 severum (gold, red)
1 firemouth
1 EBJD

I would expect the severum to kill the angelfish. I had 6 severums in a 90 and they killed off the convicts first, then proceeded on each other until there were 2 left. the two remaining basically ignored each other for many years. they did not like fish of their general shape. they'll probably eat the barbs, rasboras, and hatchets.
no experience with firemouths or dempseys.

those severums will cause some destruction. they will attack the angels and kill the barbs. the rest looks good. the regular JD's are pretty aggressive, but the EBJD are more laid back. The rest looks good, just monitor it. Firemouths tend to do OK, but you never know. Good luck! try using some of my fish foods to feed all of them. Its cheap and the shipping is free. www.mrfishflakes.com

after spending some time on aquariacentral (MFK's sister site) my plans have changed little but for the most part, stayed the same

heres some pics :D had the tank running about a week using bio balls from my other tank and seachem stability, added fish last night, petsmart had a sale :D couldnt pass up the cheap clowns and got em some buddies, they all school together :D will add another 4-5 fish in 2 weeks, then the rest will be added 1 month from now
