Awesome color!! Do you have any driftwood in the tank? Mine chews up close to 50lbs a year. My dines on potato halves, frozen peas, kiwi fruit, earthworms, sinking earthworm sticks, sinking catfish pellets, and frozen catfish fillets. Here's a pic of him on a 20" tank cover. He's a smidgen over 18".

mines still a little guy at about 5 and 3/4". yep when i first got him i put him in my 30 gal and that had only a smaller driftwood cave. my 75 has two rather large pieces of driftwood for him to much on they form a cave too he hides in it chewing on all day until he wants something more to eat like the shrimp pellets or hikari algee wafers or hikari bloodworms my eel don't get lol.

yeah i had to mess with it a bit to remove glare cuz i forgot to turn off the flash mine i'm not very sure how old i have had him for about 3 months and he wasn't very large when i got him so i should have assume maybe near 6 months old. He's with a GT, JD, Texas cichlid, blood parrotsx2, a dragon fish (violet goby), and a Snowflake eel.
