my question i have an aggressive tank and i was wondering are all pleco equipped for this or just the common plecos. I like colorful plecos and was wondering what plecos can you put with a buttikoferi and a midas cichlid that will not get killed.

No, not any pleco will work. What size tank, filtration system, water changes, temps etc all play a part in what plecs you can keep. If there is suffecient hiding spots, then in a large enough tank, a sailfin plec, gibby, common plec may be your answer.
ok i have a 55 gal. with alot of hiding places , and a butti, a mosiac gar and a orange pike. i am in the process of updating into a canister filter
