a question for the cichla pros

i have a 14" mono, a 12" ocell, and i'm picking up another 7" ocell soon.

i also have 3 little guys on hold at the lfs. they are likely monos or ocell

and possibly a small tem or two coming in the near future. i had one before, until he jumped

obviously i am quickly joining the ranks of the "cichla crazies"


i know monos, ocells, and tems are pretty easy to come by. and i cant afford an azul
what are some of the other options? are there any other types that would add another dimension, at a REASONABLE price?

orinos and pinimas. especially ven. orinos. tangledupincichlids has some baby pinima

if azuls and kelberis are out of your price range, then yeh I'd get an orino and a pinima..

try orinos definitely...and if you can,get some pinima.
