Will it be okay for me if I have only 1 piece of fully mature male in a comm with some tank mate plus Asian Arowana?

As I have heard that it is not good to keep it like that.... just want to know what will happen if I do do it like that

thank's

I do not see any reason it would be an issue at all. Like any fish, they like to have a mate but live without them.

+1. Just be careful if there are in smaller fish in the tank.

it will be a monster comm in my brothers tank..he has a 10 inch RTC n 12 inch rtg in the tank

and no plecossssssssssss ahhahaa

pelco may be he will have 1 piece

Or flagtails!

Sent from my iPhone using MonsterAquariaNetwork app

this is the reason why i want this piece out as flagtail is coming to my tank...hehhehe

haha if there's a pleco you got to make sure that he doesnt go sucking off the slime coat of the stingray. and for the rtc i just hope it doesnt stress the ray out cos they're both bottom dwellers! all the best! keep us updated :)

What do you guy's think of this pair...

bottom is male top is female

That 2 piece as you say, not one.

Very likely that rtc and these will end in tears rtc will get stabbed for hassling or will succeed and eat them. I assume the tank is 500 gals plus for the rtc so that should be fine but make sure you have excellent filtration and weekly water changes.

1 piece or 10 pieces of pleco could be a problem if the 1 piece sucks the ray, it can kill it in one night so have a tank set up to take it out if necessary.

The rtc will compete for food so need to work out how to deal with that.

I would not try it but many have proved this to be wrong with enough space. Anything less than 500 gals will go wrong soon based on what I think.
