Wanted to give a quick review for others. If you are purchasing something for a cat or dog they may be ok, but do not waste your time when it comes to accessories for filters. I ordered a cpl things that they had that were very cheap and in stock.
3 days after my order they took my money and said it was shipped. Nothing for 10 days, then once I initiated contact I was sent an attitudey response from someone in sales. They tried to tell me that it was shipped blah blah...well my order eventually came, much longer after the latest predicted arrival date. It was shipped 2 weeks after I ordered, they would not email me back after my first email, and after being on hold twice for 30 minutes I hung up on their 1 800 number because I dont have that much time or many minutes to waste.
Just a warning to those who may stumble across them. I only used them this time because so many reviews were good, they were cheap and had the assortment of things I wanted. I would not use them again
