A reasonable price for a new tank and stand?

Currently I am looking for an 300 wide acrylic tank(96X30X24) and was quoted around $1200; is this a good price?

Also, what is a good price for a decent wooden stand for this aquarium? or does anyone know of a good stand maker?

I am in norcal.

That is one hell of a good deal. Seems like you guys in cali get crazy good deals all the time. The cheapest place i have ever found online is glasscages. and i just looked 2,348 for a 300 on there. 1200 is a great deal on a tank that size especialy acyrlic and if you dont have to pay for shipping. I payed move then that for my old 240 glass with shipping. If you are not any good any building stuff. You can go to any local cabinet maker and have them design some thing you like. Tell them what it is for and they will make it able to hold the weight.
