Hello all, I've been out of the hobby for a while due to other commitments in life. I've now decided to return but have no idea what to keep! In the past I've kept alot of things from acfrican cichlids, American cichlids, arrowanas, snakeheads, planted tanks and community tanks. I have a 75 gal I am looking to use as a grow out and then have a 260 (84"x30"x24") for my main tank once the fish are abit larger. So if you guys had these set ups what would you keep?

Wow, here are some options I might do:
1. School of Red Tail Cuda, Hujeta Gar, African Pike, and an Endilicheri Bichir
2. Clown Knife with a school of Silver Dollars and Tinfoil Barbs
3. Predatory Haps like Livingstoni, Venustus, Tyranochromi, Malawi Hawk, etc

Like option one but would need an upper jaw poly and no African pike. Get too big and will eat the other fish.

Welcome to MFK☺ Welcome back to this wonderful hobby.

Tinfoil barbs, Pike livebearer, Doradiid, ropefish, maybe a clown knife. Or maybe forget the ropefish and knife and add a pair of Pearsei. Or maybe goldfish or sunfish.

Polypterus spend good as does a clown knife. Maybe not with silver dollars and tinfoil barbs though that sounds like alot of silver in one tank. Keep the opinions flying in though. Thanks to everyone

Maybe a Red Oscar, Pike Cichlid, Peacock Bass, and Bay Snook-a nice predatory American Cichlid Tank.
