my oscar passed away last night. checked my water params n amonia was a lil high. my aro is ok hes still eating fine. have changed 50% water cleaned both filters added more biomax to each added salt and ammonia lock. neone have a preffered filtration system

There's a link to information on properly cycling. Ammonia should never be over zero in a fully cycled tank. Make sure you properly cycle and test your water every day until it is complete to make sure your levels don't get too high and kill your arowana also.

my nitrite is 0 ammonia is 0-0.25 ph is 7.8 and nitrate is 0 do these seem ok
